Tubosider supplies a range of flow regulators and pumps to manage the
flow of surface water and other liquids. Strategically positioned within the
drainage or sewerage system, flow regulators maximise pipework efficiency
and reduce
the need for investing in further storage capacity downstream.
Ideal for stormwater attenuation tanks, they are used in many different
applications including separators, pumping stations, treatment plants,
overflows, sewers and lagoons.
Vortex flow regulators such as those supplied by Tubosider limit or regulate
liquid flow without the need for moving parts. This means not only is there
no need for maintenance, but also involves no energy costs. Equally, surface water and foul pumping stations are designed to form an
integral part of the stormwater retention tank, making the construction and
installation of a separate pumping station completely unnecessary.
On applications where the pumped effluent contains a foul content, then
pumps can be installed as an integral part of the retention tank (having a
Trenchcoat internal lining) or as a stand-alone GRP package pumping station. |
