The gardens are being constructed over a new underground car park integral to adding over 2000 new parking

The Paradise Project is a retail-led, mixed-use regeneration, the most important development in Liverpool for
40 years. It is a Grosvenor Estates development with Laing O’Rourke as its main contractor, and aims to make
a significant contribution to Liverpool's renaissance and remodel the city centre. It will retain its unique layout,
diversity, character and feel and deliver 42 acres of multi-district city centre. This will create a new and compact
focal point for urban living and leisure in the 21st century Liverpool and aims to retain the culture, history and
familiarity of the old Liverpool.
